Q. What do I need to know about the cows in the area?
A. This development is located in an open range area or area in which livestock may roam and feed at will under the laws of the state of AZ. If you don't want the livestock grazing on your property, you are obligated to fence them out with a lawful constructed fence (see ARS 3-1426) which has received Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval. Since the cattle are free to roam the area, you may also see them on the roadways. If you hit a cow while driving, you will be held responsible to purchase that animal. If this situation arises, please contact the Association Administrator at 928-899-1524 for direction on contacting the cattle owners.
